Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your request must be submitted within 30 days of your initial purchase. Refunds are available only if you have not received your certificate yet.
How to Request a Refund

Exclusions
Refunds are not available for:
- Requests submitted more than 30 days after purchase
- Services that have already been fully delivered and completed
- Customer error in selecting the wrong certification
- Accounts with fraudulent activity or misuse
Resubmission After Rejection
If your initial assessment is rejected, you are eligible for a resubmission at a reduced rate. This resubmission opportunity is not refundable after use.
Amendment Requests
If you need to make changes to your application after submission but before assessment begins, we can accommodate amendment requests for a nominal fee.
