- Purpose-Limited Use: Documents are used exclusively for the certification assessment you have requested and are not shared with third parties except as required by law.
- Retention & Destruction: Upon completion of your assessment (or if you withdraw your application), all submitted documents are retained for 30 days for verification purposes, then permanently deleted from our systems.
- No AI Training: Your documents are never used to train artificial intelligence models or for any purpose other than your specific assessment.
